Er zijn al meerdere rechtszaken over gevoerd en hij verwees expliciet naar de jurisprudentie van 1 zaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opvallend was dan ook dat de advocaat van Ronald Hilgers, Mr. Jo Marchal, in zijn pleidooi uitgebreid inging op de letter van de tekst van het wetsartikel artikel 6.32 van de Wet inkomstenbelasting 2001, en aan wilde tonen dat betaalde premies inkomstenbelasting wel degelijk als gift beschouwd kunnen worden, het is maar net hoe je er grammaticaal naar kijkt, is zijn redenering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu willen advocaten graag rechtbreien wat krom is om te voorkomen dat hun cli\u00ebnt bestraft wordt voor het vermeende feit, maar of dit zo verstandig is, ik weet niet.
